Individual in-person counseling services are designed to help you build self esteem, overcome personal challenges and achieve your goals. I provide a non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behavior, and experience personal growth.
I understand that life can be busy and stressful, so it's not always possible to make it to in-person therapy sessions! That's why I offer teletherapy services that allow you to connect from the comfort of your own home. Our virtual sessions are secure, private, and convenient.
Counseling for anxiety or depression is designed to help you overcome feelings of fear, stress, sadness or hopelessness. In a supportive and non-judgmental environment, you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behavior, and develop coping strategies that reduce anxiety and depression.

If you've experienced trauma, it's important to seek help from a qualified therapist. I use a variety of trauma-focused therapies and evidence-based techniques to help you heal from the psychological impact of trauma (including PTSD, anxiety, and depression). I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can address your experiences in order to overcome the effects of past traumatic events on your current life.
Often our sleep is disrupted by anxiety, trauma, depression and a variety of other mental struggles. Together we can work to identify potential problems and solutions to allow you to get more and deeper sleep.

I believe each person is unique—so the therapy will look a little bit different for each person. I help my clients develop a curiosity about themselves that can help them grow and heal. The methods I use can help with anxiety, depression, stage of life adjustments, trauma, PTSD and low self esteem.
What a client takes away from therapy is guided by why they come to therapy. You'll be given tools to help smooth the difficult times you may face. You may learn new ways to move through life, communicate, cope with ups and downs, manage anxiety and depression, and heal from past traumas.
As we work together, we will rely heavily on the mind + body + heart connection. Therapy will be geared toward the goal of providing tools and insight to navigate all the problems and challenges life brings with compassion and the ability to live in sync with your own inner nature.
